Hi, I’m Austin—a photographer, mindfulness advocate, and someone who has spent years navigating the complexities of anxiety. My journey hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been deeply transformative, and it’s what has led me to the work I do today.
For as long as I can remember, anxiety was a constant companion. It affected how I saw the world and how I engaged with it, often leaving me overwhelmed and disconnected. In college, I reached a breaking point and knew I needed to find a way to confront what I was feeling. That’s when I discovered mindfulness. What started as a small, hesitant step into meditation turned into a powerful tool that shifted how I relate to myself and the world around me.
Around the same time, I picked up a camera for the first time in a photography class. I quickly realized that photography wasn’t just a way to capture images—it was a way to practice mindfulness.
Looking through the lens allowed me to slow down, observe the details, and truly be present in a way that nothing else had before. It became my way of grounding myself, of finding beauty and connection even in the most challenging moments.
Today, my work is centered on these two passions: photography and mindfulness. Whether I’m capturing the quiet elegance of a natural landscape or the raw emotion of a fleeting moment, my goal is to use photography as a tool to help others see the world—and themselves—more clearly. I believe that creativity and presence go hand in hand, and that art can be a pathway to healing, growth, and connection.
This space isn’t just about me—it’s about us. It’s about building a community where we can share in the beauty of mindful living, where creativity and compassion inspire one another, and where we work together to make a difference. Your support here not only sustains my work but also supports important causes and the greater community we’re all a part of. Through your purchases, you’re helping to protect the natural world, foster connection, and inspire meaningful change.
I’m deeply committed to giving back, which is why I’ve pledged to donate 10% of my profits to environmental causes. Together, we’re protecting the spaces that inspire us and remind us of what truly matters.
Thank you for being here, for sharing this journey, and for supporting a mission that’s close to my heart. Whether you’re here to connect with my art, learn about mindfulness, or simply explore, I’m grateful you’ve found your way to this community.
